1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NetlifyAPP, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

NetlifyAPP is a curated directory platform where creators can discover and submit products built with Vibe Coding and AI technologies. Our services include:

• Browsing and discovering creative products across 10+ categories
• Submitting your own Vibe Coding or AI-powered products for listing
• Paid promotion plans for enhanced visibility and faster approval
• Monthly unlimited submission subscriptions for power users
• Featured placement and sponsored banner advertising

3. User Accounts

To submit a product or make a purchase, you must create an account by signing in with Google. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

4. Product Submissions

When you submit a product to NetlifyAPP, you agree that:

• The product is genuinely built with Vibe Coding or AI technologies
• All submitted information (name, description, URL, images) is accurate and not misleading
• You own or have the right to use all submitted content, including logos and screenshots
• The product does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• The product complies with all applicable laws and does not contain illegal content
• The product is not spam, malware, or otherwise harmful

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any submitted product at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Free submissions are subject to a review period of 1–2 months with no guarantee of approval or indexing.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

We offer several paid packages processed securely via Stripe:

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable once a service has been delivered (e.g., product listing approved, banner displayed). However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents service delivery, please contact us at contact@netlifyapp.org within 7 days, and we will review your case on an individual basis.

Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through our customer portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on NetlifyAPP — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to NetlifyAPP and protected by intellectual property laws.

By submitting a product, you grant NetlifyAPP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote your submitted content (including product name, description, logo, and screenshots) for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit. You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent product information
• Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, votes, or metrics through automated means
• Scrape or harvest data from our platform without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
• Impersonate other users, creators, or our staff
• Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use our services for any illegal purpose

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NetlifyAPP is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or safety of any products listed in our directory.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetlifyAPP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform contains links to third-party websites and products. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of these external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk. We use Stripe for payment processing and Google OAuth for authentication; your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of NetlifyAPP after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if that fails, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
